Accepting Admin, Moderator, Prefect, and Heads of Houses Applications Here!

Hi, I'm Maelody and I really wish to kick this site off with a nice staff to back me up! I'm a full time college student so I already know I can't do this by myself. So, I'm holding 'auditions' for more Admins, Moderators, Prefects, and Heads for Houses! The way this is going to work is I'll explain what each position does, if you're interested, you'll fill out the form provided and reply down below. Once I close the application taking process, it will be up to the fellow members to vote on who will be a staff member. i do not want this to be a popularity contest, so please, everyone, answer the questions honestly and do your best. I have no closing date as of right now, but I do hope that it won't take too long to get at least the first several staffers on the way! Please, if you know someone who would be great at one of these positions, send them this way!


Administrators:
Would prefer to be in the the 19-20 range, and only need about two more applicants as of right now. Main moderation will be the forum in general with me.

Admins would practically help me run this site. I've only ever ran one other forum before and I had to have a lot of help over there, too. I'm good at coming up with the technical stuff, but I don't know about much of the behind the scenes. Experience here would be greatly appreciated and highly looked over no matter how many votes received. Also, you must be able to be firm when needed to when it comes to warning a member. And you must be familiar with the rules and the extensions on it.

Moderators:
Can be any age range, and accepting around 10-15 right now, but the position will grow more as the site grows. Main moderation will be hopefully what you signed up for or more.

Must be available when they say they are. Favorably have at least little to some experience, be familiar with the rules and the extensions on it. Also, must be able to be firm when needed to warn a member.

Prefects:
Can be any age range and I am hoping for 8. However, they do not have to be boy girl like they are in the books. Two for each House. Main moderation will be over the House you are assigned to.

House Heads:
Preferably in the 19-24 age at the least, only looking for about 4 right now, but number may grow as more people wish to be sorted. Main moderation will be over the House you are assigned to, The Sorting Room in order of keeping track of who needs to be sorted where, and controlling the specific modifications it takes to put each student in their House.

Must be available when they say they are, must have experience with having had used moderation controls before so they can add students into the Houses. Must be familiar with the rules and the extensions on it and have no House prejudices.

Voting will take place when I close the application process and begin a new thread with all of the qualifying applicant's forms. I will then set a deadline for when voting will close, and if I agree with the decision, I will announce our new staff members once the polls are in!
